Infant, Toddler & Casa Tuition (2025-2026)

BHMS participates in the Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care (CWELCC) System. Tuition for Infant, Toddler & Casa Programs reflect CWELCC program fees.

  • Students enrolled in Junior High wishing to participate in a specific After School Program can register for an additional cost.
  • Students enrolled in School Day or Extended Day wishing to participate in a specific After School Program can register for an additional cost.

Enrolment Fee

Annual fee is non-refundable; $95 for new Infant, Toddler & Casa students and $200 for new Elementary & Junior High students or late re-enrolments; $48 per Infant, Toddler & Casa or $100 per Elementary & Junior High family for returning students.​

Capital Fee

Annual fee is non-refundable and used to invest in ongoing and future costs of building repairs and renovations; $165 per Infant, Toddler & Casa student or $350 per Elementary & Junior High student.

Activity Fee

Annual fee is non-refundable and used at the Classroom Director’s discretion to support internal and external class activities. $48 for Toddler and Casa; $300 for Elementary; $1300 for Junior High.

Music Fee

Annual fee is non-refundable and goes directly to the cost of musical instrument rental and supplies; $300 for students in Grades 4 – 8 (waived for students who have their own instrument).

Sibling Discount

Sibling discounts are offered to families with two or more children concurrently attending BHMS. Sibling discounts do not apply to students in the Infant, Toddler or Casa Programs that are part of CWELCC. Exception: Elementary students with siblings in the Infant, Toddler or Casa Programs. The discount will be based on the lowest tuition and applied to the Elementary Enrolment fees. The School offers a 20% discount for the 2nd child, and 25% for the 3rd or more, applied to the lowest tuition of the siblings and applied to the Montessori component of the program for Infant, Toddler and Casa. The discount will apply to the School Day tuition amount for Extended Day Casa, Elementary and Junior High students.

Financial Support

As a registered Christian non-profit Canadian charity, Bishop Hamilton Montessori School offers a Financial Aid Bursary to students with financial need. This allows our school to maintain a diversity of students and families in our community. No more than 50% of tuition will be covered by the subsidy.

Financial Aid Bursary

If you are interested in applying for our Financial Aid Subsidy, please visit our partner, Apple Financial Services. A bursary committee including two non-parent members of our Board and our School Director will review recommended applications.

Apple Financial Services has provided bursary and financial assistance analysis to private schools across Canada since 1993.
